Join a small group of wellness seekers this November in the crystal clean climate of the Victorian Alps for a long weekend of yoga, meditation, nature, gourmet food, winery dining, treatments and more

Four Days, three nights luxury accommodation at the foot of Mount Buffalo at a private getaway set on 26 acres that includes solar heated pool with sun deck, mountain views and valley vistas, luxe interiors, oh, and our own, friendly, resident Alpacas.

Daily on-site yoga in our gorgeous yoga studio – think aged timber flooring, state of the art heating to stay cosy warm, mountain views, mats and all props included – led by two of Melbourne’s most inspiring yoga teachers who will help you gain greater insights into your practise, even if you’ve just started dipping your toes into the well(ness) of yoga.

Gorgeous vegetarian (vegan options available) meals and snacks are included. In keeping with the purifying theme of your getaway, our nutritionist has designed a gourmet menu with an emphasis on alkalising and detoxing. Fresh, organic, country ingredients and inspired dishes await.

Hike Mount Buffalo to an awaiting picnic and open air meditation (or take the private transport option for a more laid back view of the passing mountain scenery).

Luxurious in house treatments such as massage, cupping, dry needling or even a facial by some of the areas most sought after therapists, or a nutrition and iridology consultation to check up on your health.

Relax with us at a local winery for drinks and tapas and talk all things yoga and wellness (or simply enjoy the peaceful surrounds).

5.00-6.15pm - Relaxing Yin Yoga class

7.00pm - Dinner

8.30pm onwards - Free time (optional movie night)


Sunday, 26th November

8.00am - Mt Buffalo mountain hike

11.30pm - (shuttle to Mt Buffalo summit for those not hiking)

12.00-1.00pm - Lunch on the summit with open air meditation

2.00pm - Shuttle arrives back at retreat

2.00-5.00pm - Free time (health & beauty treatment appointments)

5.00-6.00pm - Relaxing Yin Yoga class to ease those walking muscles

7.00pm - Winery dinner


Monday, November 28th

7.30-8.45am - Morning Yoga Flow and Meditation

9.00-10.00am - Breakfast

Package excludes transfers to and from the retreat venue. The venue is located approximately 3-3.5 hours drive from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia and is located at the foot of Mt Buffalo. The nearest large town is Bright (approx.. 5-10 minute drive). Bright is home to cafes, restaurants and shopping, all services, a craft brewery, and more.
